We called Cartwright last night and they had a tech out in less than 24 hours. The entire team did a great job of communicating and coordinating. My air conditioning went out on Saturday, July 1st. I didn’t think I would be able to get someone out to look at my air conditioning until after the 4th of July holiday. Cartwright Heat and Air was able to get someone out the end of the work day on Monday! I was so happy. Well the unit acted up again right after they left. I was really bummed because the following day was the 4th of July. I was so happy to hear that Cartwright Heat and Air was open 1/2 the day on the holiday and sent someone out that morning and my air conditioning is still working! Both gentlemen that come to my house were both very polite, well dressed and respectable. I would definitely use Cartwright Heat and Air again! I’m even going to talk to them about their annual maintenance plan.
