I had an absolutely amazing experience. Our air had gone completely out and Andy was at our home in no time. He explained everything in detail about what went wrong with our unit and what he was doing to repair it. Andy is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was very professional and I could tell he loves what he does. My mother is 86 years old and in poor health, and I can't thank Automatic Air and Andy for everything you did for us. And also a very special thank you to Sam and Karen. You saved us!
