All Weather is a great company offering great service at an affordable price. John West is the technician I always request. He is a thorough professional and is extremely knowledgeable. If I have a question he explains everything so completely so I understand the problem and the solution. John also explains it in a way that doesn't make you feel ignorant but that you will know completely what is being done to resolve any problem you may have. His explanations also verify the honesty of the company in that you are not being told something that isn't being done or that whatever problem is not being resolved correctly. He is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable having him in your home. A true asset to All Weather and someone I will continue to ask for in the future.
