Michael did his best to repair the old, but alas...could not be done. Age had taken its toll. However, he was always positive, polite and pleasant working through a hot day to install a new system. Good advice. Very trustworthy. Knowledgeable. Called in extra troops in order to get me cool again as quickly as possible. Listening to his interaction with helpers told me he was a kind leader and great teacher. Highly recommend!!
