A/c stopped cooling on a Sunday. Called hoping to get an appointment early the next week. The guy who picked up the phone was on an install, but said he would call me back, but confirmed all my info from earlier work they’ve done for me. Called at about 8pm Sunday night after a long day on an install to say someone would be here first thing in the morning. Dewayne call first thing Monday morning to say he was on his way. Had whole house cool by 9:15am. Policy: they get there within 2hrs of appt; policy: they wear shoe covers; In a place like South Florida, A/C is life support and these guys get it and they run a tight ship.
