After one of my AC units went down, I called the office requesting a tech come out to the house. They were able to have a tech (John) come out the same day. Can’t beat that! When John arrived, I met him in the driveway and we exchanged greetings along with introductions. After explaining the problem I was experiencing, John got right to work and was able to troubleshoot the problem and had it repaired within an hour. John was very professional and also explained what he found and the repairs made. During our conversation, I asked a series of questions regarding the AC’s ducts and purification systems. John was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I was able to understand. He was very helpful in helping me make an educated decision regarding the system’s upgrade. After taking a night to discuss the system and our options with my wife, I called the next morning and requested the system be installed. I received an appointment date and time for John to return and do the installation. He arrived on time and had us up and running in short order. Afterwards he explained the operations of the systems and answered the couple of questions we had. We couldn’t be happier with the company and our tech, John!
