Keith arrived within the time frame provided, was courteous about placing shoe protectors on whenever he needed to come into the house and was quick about surveying what needed to be done with my request even though I did not know the correct terminology for what I needed to have done. I am very happy with the service so far and have scheduled the work to be completed at another date.
