If you are buying a new air conditioner and you are not using A-1 Heat & Air Conditioning - you are probably making a mistake. It's rare to see excellence from moment one until a project is done, but that is what we received from A-1. I specifically want to recognize Mason Menendez. Mason was the person who came to our home to provide us with our estimate. He was very respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He provided us with a very competitive quote and answered the questions we had until we fully understood the various options and could determine what was best for us. We had six different companies provide estimates for us, including one who said they were "the largest Daikin instillation in Orlando and even one who tried to rip us off with scare tactics, and two that used high-pressure sales. Mason Mednedez has such great integrity and provided us with an excellent experience. I told him my biggest concern was a high-quality installation. Mason promised me that he would be there himself with his team as part of the installation. They scheduled me quickly. On installation day they arrived on-time, were very friendly, hard-working and respectful of our home. We are very pleased with our new Daikin Fit System from A-1 Heat and Air. Mason is even coming back in a few days to make sure everything is working perfectly for us and to take care of a special request we had. Thank you Mason and everyone at A-1

My grandmother went through A1 Heating and Air for all of her heating and cooling needs for at least half of her life and Angelo Delacruz was her technician every single time so when we inherited the property from her, he became ours. Angelo is awesome and definitely cares for his customers. He was patient and honest and worked to get us the best price within our budget. He helped us get a new AC system and even re-did the duct work to fix some air flow issues we were having. All the while, it was fast service with excellent quality.
