My A/C stopped cooking and I called Albers, the call taker was courteous while speaking with her. I was very surprised that they were able to send someone out that morning. Chris arrived an hour's or so after my call. Chris was very professional and informed me of the issues he discovered. It took him a few hours to fix the issues with my a/c. Chris explained each problem and obtained my approval before starting the work. No surprises with Albers! I was aware of the cost before work was done. Chris showed me the broken parts after completing the job. I will use them for all my a/c and heating work in the future.
