I would like to recommend Albers AC & Heating to those readers, who may be looking for AC & Heating services for their homes. I've been a customer of Albers for many years, and are very satisfied with their services. I also would like to mention that the Office staff is great to work with in scheduling service calls, and, likewise, the Service Techs, who make the calls are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I also would like to mention one of Albers Techs, Richie, who is one of their long termed techs, and I am always pleased to have him being the tech who makes my service calls. While I have never had any service call issues with any of Albers other techs, I am always very pleased with Richie's service calls, for he provides me explanations of what he has performed, and provides me the updated status for both my AC & Heating Units. So, if you are on the North Shore of the Lake, and in need of any annual maintenance services, or emergency repairs, consider giving Albers a call. Another satisfied customer!
While i have been a long term customer with Albers' AC & Heating, my service call Rep, Chris, was my initial experience with this REP. Chris was very professional, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions that I asked! The service Reps employed by Albers are top-notch, and all my semiannual calls always go smoothly, and without a hitch! And while I expect such from any service rep assigned for my call, Chris too did not disappoint! Looking forward to seeing Chris in 6 months, for my next service call. Thanks Chris!

I have been with Albers A/C & Heating Services for years. My family and I appreciate the Service and the Personnel, especially Richie Carter, who has been our service REP for these many years. We have good communication interface with Albers' home office staff in scheduling our service needs, and the home service provided by Richie, and the information he provides during and after his service call is top notched!
