Checked the operation of the rooftop A.C unitsCleared the condensate drain and trap. Checked and tightened the electrical connection. Took amp readings on the fan motors and compressor. Took a temperature split across the coil. Checked the return air filters. Checked the refrigerant levels and washed the condenser coils. Checked the wine unit and found a bad water solenoid . The parts will be need to ordered.
Replaced the bad solenoid valve on the humidifier for the wine unit.
