We love it when we find family owned companies that are reliable, trustworthy and kind! First of all, we placed a last minute call to have our a/c serviced, and luckily, we had it taken care of within 24 hours of our request (thanks to a customer cancellation and a Webb representative who diligently gave us a shout to offer us the appointment). The two technicians that came out were on time, polite and professional. They had our a/c unit serviced in a jiffy! It is evident that the procedures in place at Webb Air are consistent, as this entire experience was incredibly efficient.

Checked drains for maintenance customer. All drains clear at this time.
Replaced condenser fan motor and blade. Replaced dual run capacitor. Balanced charge on system.
Cleared drain line for new customer. Checked system operation and rinsed out condenser coils.
Replaced multiple run capacitors on 7.5 ton condenser. Rinsed out condenser coils. System back up and running.
Checked customers new air conditioning system for proper operation. Stand behind our work.
Replaced defective run capacitor on blower motor. Checked system for proper operation.
Found bad fan relay on Lennox fan coil unit. Fan would not shut off. Replaced defective relay. Unit running fine.
Replaced defective capacitor for long time customer.
Cleared stopped up drain line for commercial customer. Checked system for proper operation.
Checked system for any water leaks. No problems found with system at time of inspection.
