Wow! I saw all the positive reviews on Yelp, Nextdoor, and Google so I gave Texas Made a chance. I called at 8am when they opened and was shocked they could have someone out between 9-11. This usually means they will be calling at 11 to say they are running late. Ha! Not this time! Caleb called at 9:20 to say he was on his way! I was so sure we were going to need a complete new system. And while that is inevitable, Caleb replaced the capacitor and instantly fixed our problem just in time for a week of 105+ temps that are forecasted. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Shannon for getting Caleb out here within an hour of my frantic call and to Caleb for his patience as he answered all of my questions with respect and kindness. Texas Made has another new customer for life. Thank you for another job that exceeded all expectations!

Professional, communicative, honest and efficient! After moving from another company with significant challenges, I was hesitant and gun shy discussing my need for a complete redo of our duct work. The job was done in the timeframe promised and with complete satisfaction! Another issue came up that had the “other company” charging us for years with incorrect band aid type fixes, and Texas Made fixed the issue with the first week of troubleshooting. We are thrilled with Texas Made!!
