I have come to rely on Spencer for our AC and Heat needs. Always helpful and professional. Our outside AC condenser went out yesterday afternoon leaving us without AC during 100+ weather. Called Spencer and they promised a 10-12 window for a technician. Jeremy Rico showed up on time. He let me briefly describe the problem, show him the unit, and then went to work. He quickly found out the breaker disconnect for the unit was not getting power so this turned out to be an electrical problem; not an AC problem. I appreciate that he brought me out to the unit and had me verify with him about the power. Because I’ve always had good results with Spencer, I relied on Jeremy’s findings. An electrician later proved him right. Spencer is our go to Company.
