Jeremy was very nice and professional. Beyond that, he did not perform a service. He said his boss will send me a quote and that one part I need will cost $339 and the other he is not sure of but he knows it will be more than $339. Plus an $89 service call. So the minimum cost will be more than $767. Since I know virtually nothing about HVAC systems, I am unable to give a rating for quality and value. The best way to do that is to get a second opinion.
