We were contacted the morning of the service call to advise us of the time he would arrive. We were given an explanation of the suggested preventative repairs and the price. We decided to have the repairs now and they were quickly made. We have 3 rental homes that Spenser has either made repairs or replaced the units. We are very satisfied with their pricing, honest dealings and fast service.
