I had a service call on my AC condenser unit. Was expecting the worse, but was only the capacitor. Was covered under my home warranty. Same day service, arrived on time, was informed what was being done. Great!

Performing system maintenance checkup on 4 systems in Dallas, TX
4 TON 16 SEER AMANA COMPLETE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
Looked over system found unit low on 410 a add unit is cooling at this time
Found a bad tv and a very dirty condenser coil preformed a cleaning we will come back to replace the txv at a later time
Found a bad low voltage wire on a new rheem high efficiency unit
Performing a system maintenance checkup on a Carrier air conditioning system in Dallas TX
Changed out condenser fan motor on old Payne unit
Found bad run cap on condenser replaced unit is operating at his time
