The tech was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and obviously had a high degree of experience in this field. He gave me some very sound advice and suggestions for further upgrades when the time comes to do so. I appreciated his competent attitude and I will definitely use them again. Jay was professional, thorough and had my heat pump working very quickly! Very pleased with the service. I called quality at 5:00 on Friday evening and they were here the next day with a service rep. Will use them again, very trustworthy .
