They did a great job considering what they were walking into was a little bit of a challenge but amazing work and I'm pleased with the results of the new unit.

I am a first time customer of North Bay A/C. My initial contact was via cell phone followed up with an email with my specific instructions as to service requested. Coordination with Teresa allow on time visit by technician Mike Vereker with repair parts in hand. Total system check was performed and results explained on the go. Mike did a thermal scan of ceilings and recommended that hot spots be remedied with repositioning and additional insulation. Size of air inlet to HVAC unit was determined to be marginal and I took his suggestion to heart. Courteous and competent.
