I was completely happy with the work that was performed by our technician. Michael Davis is a very kind, knowledgeable and professional technician. He listened to what issues we are having then checked our unit out after finding the issues he explained/showed why we are having the issues. Michael then walked me thru what he was going to do to fix our unit and kept me updated thru out the process. He worked very fast but kept all of our safety requirements in mind. All I can say is Amazing Service!!!
