After 16 years the compressor on our upstairs A/C unit decided to call it quits right in the middle of summer. Millionaire has serviced our units before and helped us get 16 long year out of them. So we called on Brandon Cronkite and the crew at Millionaire to install a new unit. Because we were in the middle of a long heat wave, the team could not get the new unit installed for a week. Because of this, Brandon had one of his team members come out and installed a portable A/C unit in our master bedroom to help us stay cool until our install date. Millionaire did this at no extra cost! Brandon inspected our duct work and ask what temperature did we keep the house for winter and summer. He then sent us quotes for several different systems as Good, Better, Best options. We went with a Darkin unit and the install team removed the old unit and had the new Darkin system installed in less than 4 hours. We are extremely pleased with the Daikin. It is extremely quiet, energy efficient and cools the house extremely fast. I highly recommend the team at Millionaire!

I unfortunately had a Terrible contractor sent out by home warranty. That contractor basically told Them my Unit was re-wired incorrectly and they voided my warranty on the unit until I sent them proof that I replaced it I went ahead and called Brandon to come give me a second opinion. He told Me an approximate price Over the phone on a couple different scenarios and came within $20 of what he quoted me and my unit is fixed for $188 instead of the $4500 the other contractor wanted. Brandon showed up in the time frame he said he would, was professional and my dog gave him a thumbs up too Very professional and honest!!!

Moe was very knowledgeable and gave many helpful suggestions for keeping my AC well maintained in between maintenance service . He answered my questions and and spent time checking/servicing my AC to prepare it for the hot Texas summer ahead.

The last repair company installed an incorrect part. Brandon spent time going over every possible problem and then went to two different HVAC parts places to get the correct part.
