We called on a Friday afternoon because our AC was out. Guy came out and managed to get us up and running that night, so we didn’t have to leave the house during the 100 degree weather. He also spent time making sure the fix would last, as our compressor required a very uncommon part. We have dealt with several other AC companies over the past two years and I can honestly say Maddox will be my first call from now on.
