Kevin and my first experience with Maddox was exceptional. I’m an HVAC Tecnician. So I’m a tradesman also. His desire to produce perfect work was evident to me. He went the extra mile. My installation of new equipment and repair of other was absolutely too-notch. Maddox has proven in one use and one visit to strive to please. The total price was a little of a surprise also. I’d been quoted more from two other places.

Maddox was the installer of the initial heat and air system in the home we purchased as second owners in 2005, and because that system has been excellent, we called Maddox for our new system, which was installed yesterday, 7/17/18. From our first contact,with Narciso Gonzales, to the installation by Odie Sandoval and Alex Beasley, we never for one minute doubted that the system Maddox installed would be appropriate for our needs, and that it would be installed correctly. Those three words---courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge epitomize the service we received. We are well aware that incorrect installation is the main cause of heating and cooling issues, and we thoroughly expect our unit will provide us a continuation of Maddox's great service.
