The tech that was sent out here this time was great,all it took was for him to listen to the AC and he knew what was wrong with it.He did an awesome job fixing it and he listened to my explanation of the issue with the AC.

Over the years, no matter how you try to explain what you want done and how you expect it to look, I've been dissappointed by every contractor in some aspect or another. I can honestly say that is NOT the case with Maddox! Billy gave me three quotes, I picked what fit my needs, then the day was set, and in only 2 days my old unit was gone and replaced with a new one! Billy listened to me and made sure the crew knew what to do and they did everything perfectly. Fitting the ducting, wiring was neat and orderly, caulking and closing in that difficult area was all done to perfection! We couldn't be happier. Thankyou MADDOX TEAM! YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!!!!
