Nathan diagnosed my old Lenox furnace problem as a bad electronic control board but when he replaced the board that didn't fix the problem. The problem was a bad and very inexpensive capacitor. Since the board cost $450 to replace, he said that the fan motor was starting to leak oil and would eventually fail. Since the board couldn't be returned, Nathan replaced the fan motor for what I had already paid or at no additional cost! Thanks for being honest, Nathan!
