it's really hard to get ahold of them and schedule services. For the prices charged it would be nice if they were more responsive, showed up closer to the time of the appointment or if running late communicate that. If you want to charge for a premium service you need to deliver on all of those value points.

The technician, Brandon, evaluated our problem quickly and fixed it—something that 3 other teams of technicians from other companies utterly failed to do. (Our AC condenser has failed every summer, and I’m now realizing I’ve gotten shoddy advice and service.) My advice: Call ICS before you call anyone else—you will save yourself money and headaches.
