He let me know he was on the way. Introduced himself and went right to work. The job was completed in a timely manner and at the end he let me know information and answered my questions. As he was leaving he went so far as to put my trash cans in the back yard for me! Talk about above and beyond!! This was my first time using Go heating and air, and I’m now a fan. I have nothing but positive things to say and will return as a customer as my needs arise.
