Best customer service I’ve ever had. John was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We we’re getting a few estimates for system replacement and was blown away with the presentation and the system John designed for our home! None of the other companies we called out looked at our ductwork and explained to us our system was short on return air and supply air. We’ve basically been living with a 5 ton system that was only capable of putting out 3 tons of air with the existing ductwork. These guys really know their stuff. The other companies didn’t mention anything about the ductwork. In-fact, one company sent a ridiculously cheap online quote without ever coming out to look at the system. The airflow in the home and all bedrooms has done a complete 180. We purchased a very nice 18 seer American Standard Inverter System with a 10 yr parts and 10 yr Labor warranty. They were not the cheapest bid either. However you get what you pay for. They had awesome financing options! We could have easily ended up with a new system with the same old duct design with the same old problems! Thank you John for taking your time to look at our system and putting together options that met our needs. We are so glad we called Go Heating and Air!
