Chris Leiter is a one-of-a-kind technician and individual. He actually takes the necessary time to analyze, research and solve your HVAC problem because he genuinely cares. Chris is like a doctor, who listens to the symptoms (problems) you are experiencing, diagnoses the issue, and then does stop until he resolves the issue, thinking out of the box to do so. Chris initially corrected an ongoing heating/cooling issue we experienced for years due to improper wiring and, most recently, solved a hot water issue that resulted in him identifying the cause, which was a defective new part installed just a day earlier. This diagnosis saved us from having to purchase even more new parts, which would not have resolved the issue. My husband and I can't thank Chris enough for his dedication, skills and expertise as a technician and resolve as a person to help make things right for his customers.
