C&K always sends professional technicians who are courteous and efficient. They always wear PPE, and its nice to get a call before they arrive, along with a text with the name and picture of your technician, so you know who to expect. We use their preventative service 2x a year and are very happy!

Cameron was awesome! He came early (but called first to make sure it was okay), and finished quickly, showed me how to use the unit and the maintenance required. He was extremely polite, and clearly understood the need for social distancing and kept himself and us safe by using gloves, and boot covers at all times (in addition to maintaining distance. He also answered all of my questions! Thanks again!
