AC wasn’t working, I called Agatha at Blue Air One on a Wednesday afternoon. She was absolutely professional and concerned. At 8am!! The next morning a terrific tech named Vadmir arrived at my house. Unfortunately the part wasn’t available but Agata assured me she would do everything possible to get me the part( coil) she kept her word, Vadmir the incredible Tech returned worked in hot weather and had my air working and house comfortable in about 3 hours!!! Incredible company incredible associates incredible service. I am so happy I chose Blue Air One. And if you’re in the market for a central AC , you’ll be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t choose Blue Air One. Thank you again. Agatha and Vladimir, you too Marcel sorry I didn’t forget you. You assured me I made the right choice you too kept your word!!!
