We were faced with an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. Immediately upon calling Automatic AC, Heating and Plumbing, I could feel that they shared my sense of urgency and frustration with the repair that was caused by the utility company. They came out that same day. This was an extensive repair that required a good deal of work. It was done quickly and professionally. The follow up has been amazing as well. They are definitely our first call for anything we need to have done.

Andy our technician was great. He patiently listened to our complaints and fixed our blower in the fireplace with no issues. He was very respectful and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure being able to do business with him.
