The Serviceman, John, was our knight in shining armor. I called office asking when he might be arriving, and received a call back right away. Upon his arrival he looked over the system, took history of prior service into account and gave us an honest assessment. He was patient in explaining what was wrong with options in fixing our problem in the unit. We feel confident in his hard work and truly appreciate his honesty. He’s the best tech so far and only one We would have to service our unit in future!
