They were very quick to get out and troubleshoot the problem with my original AC. We decided to go ahead and purchase a new AC and they were able to do a temporary fix of the original until they got the new one installed (which was very soon anyway!). The new unit itself was pricey, but we got some "bells & whistles" and it hopefully will last many decades. Service on installation and troubleshooting was fast, courteous, and well-priced!
