Working as a restaurant manager for over 15 years, I am quite familiar with how service calls usually go. the company has an appointed service provider that we have to use regardless of the service they provide. Now, I work at a small massage studio. I was told that Air Benders would be out to fix our heat between 9a & 11a, not only did they show up within the allotted time, they finished within a couple of hours and communicated regularly their progress. I was very impressed with this company. Not only did they fix the heat but also days later its still working. AMAZING!!!!! I would definitely call upon them again for future services.
