Cody was at home for over four hours cleaning, examining, diagnosing both AC and HVAC heating and furnace systems. He is warm, personable, engaging, took pictures of the exams, equipment and status. He reflected all his findings and set up a second visit for furnace replacement recommendation. He is really a remarkable guy and excels in both communication as well as summarizing thinking, findings and decisions ahead. We ask for him to be our technician please
