Came home Friday night to no heat and didn't realize that I had emergency back up heat on my electric furnace when the heat pump shut down. Called A-Temp first thing Saturday morning who walked me through turning on the emergency heat and had the tech out that afternoon to take care of the heat pump issue. These guys are great!
